No smartphone? No problem!

Get the word out anyway and offer your riders Passio’s Text-ETA Service where they can simply text the stop code to (555) 555-5555 to get real-time ETA information for any stop. Once the rider submits the stop number via text, they will immediately receive an automated text reply containing the ETA of the next bus (or buses) in your system and the routes they are on.

This solution is perfect for transit agencies with riders who don’t often have a smartphone handy, or for any passengers who don’t wish to us our app Passio GO or the web version.
