Computer Aided Dispatch / Automatic Vehicle Location

Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) gives operators the tools necessary to safely run their routes as well as a direct 2-way communication with central dispatch. Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) records and tracks the locations of your vehicles. Together, along with backend operational and reporting tools, CAD/AVL is an essential component to running your operations.

Passio’s innovative CAD/AVL system is a flexible solution that allows for simple, intuitive, operation by the driver while providing central operations the visibility, communication, and control that it needs to efficiently deliver high-quality service.

At the heart of the on-vehicle system is the Passio MDT, an android-based, rugged, touch-screen driver interface. This single-connection, modular and swappable device natively connects to other onboard devices for the control and collection of data. All configuration information, collected data, and communication is handled through our secured web portal with individual logins at central dispatch.
