PASSIO BUSBUZZ
Mobile web page or text based feedback tool. Each vehicle is assigned a code and passengers can submit their questions, comments, or concerns using the mobile web page or text messaging. Comments and responses are tracked in the Passio BusBuzz™ dashboard for reporting and responding. Respond back directly through the Passio BusBuzz™ system.
