New UI design for reports in Passio Navigator
The Passio Team has been recently making updates to our Passio Navigator system. Navigator is our advanced cloud-based reporting system, where our clients go to monitor ridership, view their live map, make changes to their routes and stops, and more.
We have updated our customer profile page (read more here) and added a whole new page for our clients who have Electric Vehicles to precisely monitor the performance of their unique assets (learn more).
The Passio team is updating our platform to help further our riders – a new UI for our reports page. This page shows links to helpful reports like vehicle activity, idle, trips, vehicle assignment, incident log, and more while describing the exact information that clients will find in the report. Our page is now much easier to navigate and understand, meaning clients have better access to their data.

Passio is determined to continue improving for our clients. We know how important it is to follow our motto to “Make riders count” while making daily systems easier for riders and transit agencies. We will soon be updating our Passio GO rider app icon, so be on the lookout for an update!
