Director of Sales, Kyle Archer, Joins NEMTAC Board
We are proud to announce that Passio’s Director of Sales, Kyle Archer, is a new member of the NEMTAC Technology Advisory Board as of December 2019. The tech advisory board works to identify software and technology standards to improve efficiencies in the NEMT industry. The NEMTAC website states, “a key success factor will be leveraging technology to enhance data collection and reporting for use within the NEMT industry, such as information related to research, driver certification and company accreditation.” A current item on the NEMTAC tech advisory board’s agenda is to help meet local & State Covid-19 guidelines. They also discuss minimum standards for driver apps, interactive voice response, and are currently building a trip data bank to discover and analyze NEMT trends. The NEMTAC Technology Advisory Board meets every 3rd Thursday of each month from 2-4 pm EST.
