CTS FDOT Passio Partnership
We have recently been approved by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) as an approved vendor for the state of Florida! This means that state-run transit agencies in Florida can now directly implement our solutions instead of waiting on approval from the FDOT.
Passio was approved based on our advanced fixed-route transit solutions, including our app for riders: Passio GO, Passenger Counting (electric and automatic), Automatic Voice Announcements, LED Signage, and more.
We have also partnered with a best-of-brand demand-based transit agency and specifically designed an offering for Florida transit agencies. With around 40 clients already in the Florida area, our partner CTS Software completes the whole package for transit agencies by bundling their offerings with our solutions.
On the back end, Passio and CTS Software’s solutions are fully integrated, but on the front end, we allow for varying degrees of customization. Meaning if a separate department handles fixed route and demand-based transit, it’s no problem! Our transit offerings work together for Florida agencies, like GPS reporting allowing transit agencies to view their fleet’s exact locations, speed, and vehicle capacity for both fixed route and demand-based vehicles.
Together, we also offer on-board cameras and video, digital fare collection, vehicle maintenance, automated scheduling, driver app, call and text reminders, a rider portal, and more!

They offer software called “TripMaster” aiming to be cost-effective for NEMT, demand-response, and paratransit. For Florida agencies, CTS customizes reporting and billing, including the FLTD report, FLTD No Show Report, Units of Service Report, AOR Report, and FL Medicaid Billing. Their reservation page is also modified to meet specific needs in Florida.
