10 Years of Passio!
Passio turns 10 this year! As we reach this milestone, our team and amazing clients reflect on our accomplishments.
We have added to our staff – growing our team from 5 employees to over twenty. The Passio family is constantly growing to ensure we are offering all of our clients the best possible attention and service they need. As our solutions and service options grow, so does Passio’s staff of qualified individuals.
Passio wrapped our install van to match the spirit of our company and our new 2020 brand guidelines. This way, everyone who sees us on the way to an install knows we are on the way to “Make Passengers Count”. Clients are able to see our van from a mile away, as it proudly displays Passio colors! Read more about the install here.
Passio’s sales, marketing, and leadership team had the chance to attend hundreds of tradeshows where we met so many of our clients and made friends, all while showing attendees all of the amazing features Passio has to offer! Read about one of our recent tradeshows. Recently, we have been able to attend tradeshows virtually. Though we aren’t able to see attendees and exhibitors in person, we have enjoyed safe socially distant meetings.
Plenty of Passio employees have joined leadership organizations over the last few years, including Kyle Archer, our director of sales, joining the NEMTAC Board! Mitch Skyer, our Co-Founder and President, serves in leadership roles for the Georgia Transit Association, the Parking and Transportation Association of Georgia, and on the board of directors for the Mid South Parking and Transportation Association.
In 2019, Passio Technologies had the privilege of acquiring ParaPlan, an amazing addition to the Passio family. ParaPlan works specifically with Paratransit & NEMT scheduling, dispatching, and reporting software. Read more about ParaPlan here.
During our 10 years in business, Passio has grown to service over 250 clients, including municipalities, large organizations, universities, paratransit, and more. Every client is different, which is why our modular intelligent solutions can create the perfect combination of solutions and services for any transit agency.
As times have changed, so has Passio. We are constantly innovating, using data analytics and business intel to help our clients. For example, our Gateway Contact Tracing solution which allows clients to track where a sick person was, which times, and on what vehicles. This allows clients to later report back to other riders who may have come in contact with them – stopping sickness in its tracks. This solution is perfect for the flu season or COVID-19 concerns.
Earlier this month, Passio added to our list of app features, with an add-on solution called Request & GO. This solution allows riders to request a ride, helping transit agencies compete with rideshare services. Clients also now have the ability to service stops occasionally and ensure no one is ever waiting too long for a bus, allowing for full use of resources of any agency. At our 10 year mark, Passio Technologies would like to say “Thank You” to our friends, clients, employees, and everyone who has supported us. We will continue to keep “Making Passengers Count”.
